Do I pay for delivery if its my first order? Your first order will qualify for free delivery automatically. Now and then, we also offer free delivery for orders above a certain amount. The cost of delivery is determined by your delivery address and the items that you have ordered. For clothing, homeware and beauty items: - Timeslots: R50 - Value (delivery within 5 working days): R25. If the clothing, beauty and home items in your cart are more than R475 in total, this option is free. - Standard (delivery within 3 working days): R35. Available in selected suburbs. How do the timeslots work? The below is dependent on the availability of our delivery slots. Food orders can be delivered from the next day onwards, including Sundays. Fashion, beauty and home orders can be delivered from 3 days onwards, excluding Sundays. You’ll be shown the open timeslots when you checkout, subject to availability. Generally, the following timeslots are available: 10am-1pm and 2pm-5pm. Why isn’t the value delivery option available for food orders? When you check out, you will be offered the choice to have everything you’ve ordered delivered together, or to have your foods items delivered earlier if you wish. How do I know when my order is on its way? This will depend on the contents of your order and your delivery location. Food items can be delivered the day after you place your order. You’ll receive emails from us when you place an order on our website or app. First, we’ll confirm that we’ve received your order. Then, we’ll confirm that your order is being processed. When your order is on its way to you, you will receive an SMS (if you've ordered fashion, beauty and/or homeware) with the order number and a link to view your delivery status. What if my order includes both food AND fashion/home/beauty? If you choose for both your orders to be delivered at the same time, you will only be charged one delivery fee. Why are some products not available for my delivery address? We do not yet deliver to all addresses in South Africa. Food items are delivered only in major metropolitan areas, where we can ensure freshness on delivery. Fashion, homeware and beauty items are delivered to more areas, and we are continually adding more delivery areas.
